We accept payment via direct bank transfer or through Paypal with Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.

We ship within 1-5 business days after the order is processed.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be sent to info@glarewood.dk In your notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.


NOTE. The color of the lmap can vary from the color you see on your screen, to the actual product. This is due to the color scheme of your computer. Reservations are made for price errors / typing errors, price changes and sold-out items.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods, unless you have received a wrong lamp or if it is a complaint. In this case, ALWAYS contact us before sending the lamp back.


You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

(Lack of original packaging may be impaired, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.)

The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. kr .: 100 kr.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided proof of having returned it.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
